Dear Friends,

I came across another good article on the benefits of ganoderma for hayfever. This will be indeed  useful information for Australians and New Zealanders as we'll be experiencing spring soon...

The title of the article is:  Case Study: Reishi Mushroom as a Hayfever Remedy by Dale Pinnock

Dale Pinnock BSc (Hons) MNIMH is a Nutritionist, Western Medical Herbalist, and Whole Foods Chef. He has been studying natural medicine for more than 12 years and runs a private practice and health consultancy service (Natural Solutions Clinic) in Cambridgeshire, UK

Allergies and asthma- Ganoderma

Dear Friends,

The article "The Use of Ganoderma Lucidum in the Management of Histamine-Mediated Allergic Responses” was written by Martin Powell from the UK who is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner and lecturer who has been involved in the clinical use of mushroom nutrition for over 10 years. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham, then acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese massage (Tui Na), initially at the London School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and then inTaipei and Shanghai. He runs a practice in Luton, and  coedits Mycology News and lectures on TCM and on mushroom nutritionat the University of Westminster and abroad.

Martin Powell, in his article  highlights the benefits of Reishi mushrooms in the treatment of both allergies and asthma. He states that allergies are caused by an immune response to a number of things  like dust, pollens, foods, chemicals, and stress.

One way he suggests that we  can deal with the problem of allergies is by enhancing our body's immune system through consumption of health supplements like reishi mushrooms.

Mr Martin Powell concludes that Reishi mushrooms can help trigger the body's defense mechanisms against allergic reactions. The use of nutrition to address immune system imbalance is referred to as immunonutrition.

If you want to know about the organic reishi mushroom capsules of dxn or how to purchase them at a reasonable price, just email me (dr.puven329@yahoo.com) and I’ll give you the details.

Dear friends,

Let me introduce to you, the most successful DXN distributor in the world, Mr Budiman Salim of Indonesia. He is in his 40s now, and his determination and persistence to succeed in life got him to where he is now.

I first met Mr Budiman Salim during the 10th Anniversary Celebration of DXN India in Chennai(Feb. 2010). He was the guest of honour for the event.

Mr Budi, Ms Roshanara (from UAE), Mr Selvam (from Malaysia) and I all stayed in the same hotel. We got along really well with Mr Budi who has a great sense of humour and he's a very down-to-earth person. He was ever willing to share his wisdom about the DXN business.

Recently, when my husband, Geoff Favaloro and I were in Jakarta conducting a one-day training for the DXN members of Indonesia, we met up with Mr Budi for dinner one day. The next day, we went out sight-seeing with him. We had a lovely time together.

Upon reaching Mr Budi's residence, I decided to interview him about how he is benefitting from his involvement in DXN. My husband did the video recording..

Here's the link to the u-tube that Geoff posted. Enjoy it:

Dear Friends,

How have all of you been? I hope you had a wonderful time catching up with family and friends during the recent Muslim festival. In the last one week, I've been really searching in the internet resources and other sources for scientific evidence and clinical evidence about benefits of ganoderma for cancer patients and its efficacy in cancer prevention.

Today, I'd like to share with you what I've found out. If you know anyone out there who you think will benefit from these write-ups, do pass them my blog address (drpuven.blogspot.com)or my email address: lifecoach@drpuven.com. Let's help each other to keep healthy!!!

When I was in India (Chennai) in February this year, attending the 10th Anniversary of DXN India, I had the opportunity to attend the Diamond Meeting as well.

During this meeting, I was fascinated with one of the presenters' findings about REISHI – GANODERMA LUCIDUM FOR CANCER PREVENTION AND TREATMENT. He is no other than...

Dr.K.K. Janardhanan, Ph.D., FNSE, FNABS, Professor Department of Microbiology Amala Cancer Research Centre, Thrissur – 680 555, Kerala, India
Ganoderma and Cancer- Series 2

Prof. Janardhanan, in his presentation to DXN delegates in Chennai (22 Feb. 2010), highlighted the fact that there have been extensive studies that demonstrate the anticancer activity of Ganoderma lucidum and its components. To emphasize his point, he claimed that the incorporation of ganoderma lucidum into the treatment regimes significantly reduced side effects often encountered by patients and that it showed strong activity against breast and prostate cancer. He concluded his presentation by saying “Reishi Ganoderma lucidum represents a practical and promising approach for the prevention and treatment of cancer. Based on consolidated scientific evidence, Reishi is a health food supplement for cancer patients”. The references used in his presentation are as follows:

Dear Friends,

Having learnt  that MLM  (multi-level marketing) is the business model to help you obtain  the income of your dreams, and if you decide to sign up as a distributor of  a MLM  company, you better make sure that the company you have chosen is :  financially stable, contributes to the welfare of the global community, and  focuses on research and development.

With these criteria  in mind, listen (click the link below) to the recent 23-minute interview with Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin, the CEO of DXN  that took place at  Business Station BFM (Malaysia) 89.9 on the 9th of September 2010.

In the interview, Dr Lim shares about what motivated him to get involved in the mushroom (ganoderma/lingzhi/reishi) business, the attempts he made to promote the product via different marketing strategies in the early stages, the global response to dxn ganoderma products, the spread of the business worldwide,  its future potential,  the financial standing of  the company and the other top products of dxn, which are the spirulina and noni juice.. After listening to this clip, I'm sure you would decide that DXN is the one for you!!! Maybe it be for health or wealth reasons! For further info on dxn, email me, dr.puven329@yahoo.com.

Ganoderma and Health

Know what you REALLY want!!!

My Dear Friends,

Let me ask you a very important question. I want you to think about it seriously. This question applies to everyone; the employed (both professions and non-professionals), the unemployed (housewives, students, senior citizens)  and those who are running their own businesses.

At this moment in your life, what do you really want? Be honest with yourself!
Are you seeking-
  • Financial freedom? To be able to buy and pay for whatever your heart desires without worrying about its cost

  • Freedom from disease? Leading a healthy life, fit to do whatever you wish, and without worrying about frequent visits to the doctors' clinics.

  •           Freedom of time?  To be able to do  whatever you want to do at your own chosen time?

  • .    Freedom to travel? Go to places/countries  you haven't been before or even dreamed of going

  • .       Relationship with others? Have a ready made global family (from different cultures) waiting eagerly to meet you ...

  • .       Peace of mind? When your wealth and health are in order, peace and happiness flows...

  •      To Make a difference in people's lives? Show them a way/  Move them from where they are (in health, wealth, etc) to where they want to be...

  • .      A combination of the above or all of the above?

If you want any of the above, then do take the time to browse through the wealth of information included in the DXN website (below),  just to make your life better.

Those of you who are interested in health, can browse through the Health info section of the website. Go to the product gallery and also the very informative section on health solution.

Also read through the health info. included in the websites of other countries like dxn Australia, India, USA, the Philippines, and the middle East. Also go through Ms Jane Yau's blog too. There's a wealth of info. there.

Those who are interested in the financial freedom aspect of the business, have a look at the  DXN compensation plans of whichever country you intend to do your business in.

Also educate yourself on why MLM is the business model to follow to accumulate wealth. . For this you  can go through Robert Kiyosaki's u-tube on this blog plus other excellent u-tubes offered by  Mr Fatemi Ghani in his blog (Mapyourfreedom.com).

Also go through the success stories of the DXN  leaders in different parts of the world like Mr Budiman Salim (from Indonesia), the first dxn crown ambassador  in the world.  That will inspire you further.

Once you have decided on what you really want, email me (dr.puven329@yahoo.com) your queries, and I'll help  you  to attain your dreams.

Remember: When the desire to change comes from within you, everything else around you will work in such a way that the change you are desiring will take place. In other words, you commit to change and the Universe or God will support  you.

Best wishes and hope to hear from u soon.

My Beloved Undergraduates and Postgraduates, wherever you may be.

If you think that by just attending lectures and completing your assignments to get good grades, you will be well equipped and prepared to compete in the job market, you are making ONE of the BIGGEST MISTAKES in your life. Believe me, as I have been an academic for the last 23 years teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students from many countries  including those from China, Jordan, Yemen, Libya, Indonesia, Europe, Middle East,  and I have conducted  research on job competencies sought after my employers.

Do you realise that paper qualification, in this case, a university degree is just one aspect of securing yourself a job??? Not even a good job!! What employers are looking for in their potential employees nowadays are good communication skills which include public speaking skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, critical thinking ability, analytical skills, confidence, flexibility, adaptability and a passion for life-long learning. So, you need to seriously think about how you can attain these skills while you are still pursuing your degree. Do NOT TAKE this lightly!!

Some universities (e.g. University Utara Malaysia) have started entrepreneurial programs with Multilevel marketing companies like DXN Sdn Bhd. on campus (Sintok, Kedah, Malaysia).

The collaboration (joint-venture) is  to enable  students to participate in real-life business activities during their studies and enhance their soft skills. In other words, involvement in these activities will enable you to put into practice what you  are learning or have learnt in your  formal lectures. In addition, you will learn how to lead your team to success, conduct trainings, the art of communication, network with global leaders, learn their mindset and get invaluable tips and guidance on how to do business.  Other than that, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra income, travel to countries where the business is conducted, participate in their activities, and do sight-seeing.

The benefits are immeasurable.... However,YOU CAN EXPERIENCE THESE  BENEFITS AND even MORE  if you take action NOW.  Don't wait until you have graduated to prepare yourself for the job market!!!  iT WILL BE TOO LATE... WAKE UP, Please....

THOSE in the 6th or 7th semester, please DO NOT WAIT any longer... Time is running out for you .... You need to GET these skills....and BE the SOUGHT AFTER candidate in the job market!! or be prepared TO TAKE ON  SELF-EMPLOYMENT.

Enrol as a DISTRIBUTOR  of  DXN which is now operating in 150 countries  and reap the benefits... If you need to know more, drop me a line. I'll try to get back to you soon.  BEST WISHES...
