If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it's best to make wise food choices. That's where fruits, vegetables, and whole grains come into the picture. Because these are high-fiber foods, they fill you up - yet they bring less fat to the table. These high-fiber foods allow you to eat more food yet get fewer calories. It's a concept called "energy density" - the number of calories in a specified amount of food, Rolls explains.

A high-fiber cereal - 3 to 5 grams of fiber per serving -- is optimal. Stokes advises. "But don't overdo it if you're not used to it, because too much fiber can cause constipation, diarrhea, or an upset stomach." As for sugary cereals, "it's better than nothing," he says. "Some breakfast is better than no breakfast. The last thing anyone should do is skip breakfast. Otherwise, you'll be eating something even worse later on - candy bars and potato chips -- because you're starving."

Hi Kalavathi,thanks for your question and this is my recommendation.
As mentioned in the blog, food high in fibre and plant protein will keep you full and satisfied for a longer period of time. So,
1. Consume DxN spirulina (high in easily digestible protein) -12 tablets (4 tablets; 3x a day)or 6 capsules (2 cap 3x a day)half an hour or more before meals. So consume it 2x a day (6 tablets; 2x a day, whichever is convenient for you)
2. For breakfast, 1 sachet of spirulina cereal-with 250 ml of warm water-add 1 tablespoon of morinzhi juice). You need to take the enzyme (morinzhi) to help with digestion, and hormonal balance. Anything wholegrain is good for you.
2. You also need to remove any excess fat, sugar from your system.
Consume RG and GL capsules- 1 capsule each, 3x a day. Then after 2 weeks, increase to 2 capsules each, 3x a day.
